Biology in Engineering

BE 1252

In BE 1252, our project focused on designing a playground that reflected the spirit and needs of the Magnolia Woods Elementary community. Our team engaged with students through volunteer work and developed a playground proposal inspired by their voices and experiences.

Experimental Methods for Engineers

BE 2350

In BE 2350, our project focused on adapting toys so they could be used more easily by kids with limited mobility. We used basic wiring and tools to modify the toys, making them accessible with the push of a button.

ENGR 4103

In ENGR 4103, we explored different types of assistive technologies and wrapped up the course with a hands-on final project. For our project, our team designed a laundry-folding robot to support individuals with limited dexterity, helping them gain more independence in daily tasks.

Intro to Engineering Methods

BE 1251

BE 1251 introduced first-year students to the basics of engineering through hands-on projects. For our project, we designed and 3D printed a math tool for local elementary schools using computer-aided design software.
